Varun Gore

Varun Gore is a Ph.D. candidate in Chemical Engineering whose research focuses on bioprocess engineering and biomanufacturing for cultivated foods and alternative proteins. He combines experiments, process development, and techno-economic analysis to identify scalable and economically viable approaches to sustainable food production.

Varun hopes to pursue a career in the food or pharmaceutical biotechnology industry. Outside of research, he enjoys soccer, cricket, and pickleball.
