MJ is a first-year Data Science major with a strong interest in user data protection and responsible artificial intelligence development. Her experience includes promoting STEM education, completing information technology pre-apprenticeships, and designing websites.

She is involved with Access Kitchen, a student-led startup supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities, and regularly collaborates with peers at the UC Davis Startup Center. Through EQUIP, MJ hopes to expand her network and strengthen her leadership skills.
