Maryam Foroozmehr

Maryam Foroozmehr is a Ph.D. candidate who specializes in molecular dynamics simulations, protein modeling, and computational design. Her research focuses on understanding protein dynamics for applications in drug development, enzyme engineering, and food science innovation. She has led computational projects in collaboration with experimental labs, generating insights into protein structure and function relationships. She holds a Pharm.D and an M.S. in medicinal chemistry, and she is passionate about translating scientific discoveries into real-world solutions. Outside the lab, she enjoys hiking and exploring California’s natural beauty.
