Khoa Ngo

Khoa Ngo brings expertise in physics, biophysics, and data-driven research to address costly challenges in drug development. He earned his B.S. in physics and mathematics from the University of Houston in 2020 and his Ph.D. in biophysics from UC Davis in 2024, where he developed computer models that explained why certain drugs can trigger dangerous heart-related side effects. His work spans cardiovascular therapeutics, chronic pain management, and enzyme engineering, with a focus on turning complex scientific findings into solutions that improve patient outcomes. Khoa has created tools that help researchers quickly interpret large biological datasets, guiding the next steps toward safer and more effective medicines.
