Ines Bilkic

Ines is a Ph.D. candidate in chemical engineering  who studies how viral transcription factors affect gene expression in the extremophilic microbe Sulfolobus acidocaldarius. Her research aims to improve genetic engineering tools for this organism and enable new bioprocesses.
