Freddy Chavez-Arroyo

Freddy is a postdoctoral researcher in medical microbiology and immunology at UC Davis who studies how the gut microbiome interacts with the host to fight off pathogens. He is building on this research to found a biotech startup and is pursuing NIH STTR Phase I funding to support its launch.
