Ema is pursuing a major in civil engineering with a strong passion for environmental solutions and sustainable infrastructure. As a first-generation student, she joined EQUIP to gain the skills and guidance needed to successfully secure an internship and take meaningful steps toward her career. Through this program, she hopes to develop leadership, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills that will help her make a lasting impact. In her free time, she enjoys exploring different boba shops and cafés, as well as thrifting. She is fluent in 2 languages: English and Japanese.
