Bassel Elgharbawy

Bassel Elgharbawy is a Ph.D. candidate in electrical and computer engineering. Beyond his doctoral work, he serves as a teaching assistant, mentoring undergraduates in engineering design and laboratory practice. He earned his B.Sc. and M.S. degrees in electronics and communication engineering and gained professional industry experience prior to his graduate work. Bassel seeks to advance next-generation communication and biomedical systems, fostering innovation in research, industry, and education. Passionate about mentorship, he is dedicated to guiding future engineers. Outside of academics, he enjoys soccer, tennis, traveling, and reading about history and technology.
